Phoenix BCP Solutions:
Gold
-
Risk identification,
audit and management. To create a realistic BCP, we must first identify
potential significant risk to the business, understand
the implications and impact, and plan to mitigate the
risk.
-
Business process
documentation. All core business processes at risk will be identified
and fully documented. Documentation will be created in
such a way to enable any staff member to act on it
quickly and effectively.
-
Key staff mapping and
documentation. Each business process recovery action will require a
single (or team) staff member(s) to perform the
appropriate tasks associated with it. A document
containing names and all related contact information
will be created to map each business process recovery
action to the correct member(s) of staff. This will
include staff substitution details down to an
appropriate level.
-
Core system
identification Based on the critical business areas, the associated
core IT systems will be identified and ranked in order
of priority. A strategy can then be developed to
maintain availability after a disruptive event.

contractors to manufacturing capacity to help you
through your difficulties.
